| We regret to announce that both the *International Wheel Awards* and the *Michigan Excellence in Journalism Competition*, both projects of the Detroit Press Club Foundation, have been suspended for 2009. As with many other projects dependent on the financial support of business, we have been unable to garner enough resources to continue the projects in the present form.
